At Dyser Plumbing Company, we handle all aspects of Residential Plumbing. We specialize in service repairs, remodels, re-pipes, as well as new construction. After almost 50 years in business, we’ve seen it all; no job too big or too small. We deal with any plumbing problems inside and outside of your home, from your water service/supply to your sanitary sewer lines and all of the fixtures in between.
Our technicians all receive a background check before they are hired and put out on the road so you can rest assured that any of our team members entering your house are honest and trustworthy. There is a reason we are Tampa Bay’s most trusted plumbers. We put pride in our work and customer service is paramount to our success as a business.
Along with high quality and qualified technicians, the parts that we use to perform repairs on your plumbing are also high quality and any job where parts are furnished and installed by Dyser Plumbing Company is also backed by our warranty. High quality parts doesn’t have to mean high prices. All of our jobs are offered with flat rate prices which are given to you upfront. There are price books in each of our vans and the prices in these books are based on industry average and have not changed since 2001.
A typical service call begins with an inspection of your plumbing problems by one of our qualified technicians. Some of the most common problems that we see include: clogged toilets and clogged drain lines; sewer repairs due to a broken pipe, root intrusion, or improper pitch; toilet repairs due to old/defective parts causing toilet running, not filling properly, or leaking; and faucet and shower repairs due to worn parts, requiring rebuilding or replacement.
Having issues with your water heater? We do that too. Whether your thermostat/elements have gone bad or you have a leak requiring as new heater altogether, we’ve got you covered. We install both electric and gas water heaters. If space is an issue, consider going tankless. We recommend tankless water heaters for those with gas service to their house. This is an energy efficient way to get instant and endless hot water. Another common issue we see with hot water delivery is water taking a long time to get to the opposite side of the house. In this case, consider getting a circulator pump installed. This will allow water to constantly circulate through your pipes and ensure that you get hot water fast.
Problems in the kitchen? We service and install faucets, garbage disposals, water supply lines to dishwashers and refrigerators, as well as all under sink plumbing, including emergency shut off valves, instant hot water tanks, and drainage from your sinks.
Emergency shut off valves should be present at most of the plumbing fixtures in your home and can be extremely helpful when it comes to repairing/replacing plumbing around you home or minimizing damage until a plumbing can get to you to help. These valves allow you to shut off the water to specific, individual plumbing fixtures instead of being without water to your whole house. A hot and cold shut off should be present at any faucet and individual shut offs should also be present at your toilets, refrigerator w/ icemaker, and your dishwasher.
